It would cheaper to use a space heater to heat the room you are in than heating the home with no insulation.Just be careful with the space heater and not too close to anything.

One thing to keep in mind is where are your water pipes? Are they next to the duct work under your mobile home? Frozen pipes ….broken water pipes could cost you more in the long run. I would make sure my pipes were insulated and I would keep the furnace running on a low temperature just so my pipes wouldn’t freeze. I then would use a good space heater when awake only and use an electric blanket at night. Most space heaters weren’t meant to run 24/7. Be careful and have keep warm.
